In HELPING THE WORLD GET WELL: COVID VACCINES a young girl experiences the pandemic in ways that surely ring true with many youngsters: she misses her favorite parade and has to go to school online. When the Covid vaccine becomes available, she has lots of questions—just like many children these days. Her grandfather and aunt offer advice, but she only comes to understand the value of vaccines when looks at the world  through the eyes of her friend Wesley. Wesley helps her see that “if kids all over the globe do this one tiny thing, it can make a big difference in helping the world get well.”
