My Favorite Books

Jun 25, 2019

What are your favorite books? A second grade teacher recently snapped this photo of a student’s list. The assignment was to come up with five books that the students really love.

This list was clearly written by a helpful grown-up but it consists of one 7-year-old’s all-time favs. You can tell a lot about a person by the books they love. Here are this young reader’s best-loved books:

  1. Trapped in A Video Game by Dustin Brady
  2. I Hate Reading by Arthur and Henry Bacon, as told to Beth Bacon (that’s me!)I Hate Reading
  3. Berenstain Bears Easter Story by Stan and Jan Berenstain
  4.  The Gingerbread Man illustrated by Gail Yerrill
  5. Misunderstood Shark by Ame Dyckman and Scott MagoonMisunderstood Shark
