Free ebooks and audiobooks from the Libby Library App

Apr 9, 2019

This week, April 7 through 13, 2019 is National Library Week. In honor of this most excellent resource in every community, I’m offering my favorite tip about libraries: You can get Free Ebooks and Audiobooks from an app called Libby!

Libraries all over the USA offer free audio books and e-books via Libby. Using Libby and your device, you can browse books and download them instantly. If a book you want is not available, you can make a request and you’ll get an email when the book is ready for you. After you finish reading or listening to the books, you don’t need to return them to the library, on the due date, they simply expire.

All you need is an active library card from the public library in your community. If you want to know all the details, here’s some more info from the Libby Website.

How To Download Libby From the Libby app on your phone or tablet, You’ll want to start on your mobile device, and go to the place where you download apps (the App Store or Google Play). Type Libby into the search bar and the download page should appear pronto.

Happy reading!
